Hall Research Technology Continues to Innovate

by Patti Enright

Tustin, CA . Hall Research Technology, www.hallresearch.com, is in their 22nd year as a manufacturer of AV processing, distribution, scaling, test signal generators and transport over UTP (Cat 5) products. Founded by ex Long Beach State University electronic engineering professor, Ali Haghjoo, HRT is growing exponentially.

Hall has just introduced the first in a new series of products – the Model VSA-31 A/V Switch-Cat™. This 4-gang wall-plate allows one to send and receive selected AV from 2 PCs or a TV source up to 750’ over two Cat 5 lines. No power is required for the control panel. A stereo 12W amplifier, volume control and LED bar UV indicator are included. The VSA-31 allows one to switch between multiple inputs and power on/off a remote projector from the wall or podium.

HRT has moved into their new larger quarters here in Tustin to accommodate their tremendous growth. Their newly designed web site can be accessed at the above URL.
