Enright Company Dealer Web Site Gets High Praise
Tustin, CA. At the risk of shameless chest beating, the Enright Company dealer password protected web site,
www.enrightcompany.com, is getting high marks from our integrator partners. All confidential wholesale dealer price lists, comparison charts, applications and anything which we would have faxed you previously are posted. We check each document for accuracy weekly.
“Lots of good links found there,”
says Bruce Webster of Large Screen Systems. “Useful and sophisticated look,” said Bob Myers of Pacific Video in Placentia. Featured this month, as before any national show, is our NSCA show page. This is a complete list of all our lines exhibiting at the National Systems Contractor Show in Las Vegas March 19-21.
If you are an Enright Company dealer or consultant and do not have your user name and password (hint they are the same word) please contact us immediately. Reminder, not all dealers are authorized for all lines, check to see what requirements are in order before quoting a price if you are not sure.
Current regional events, links to popular trade associations and magazines, past issues of this newsletter and lots of other important resources are “up” on our site all the time. We make changes to our site almost daily, so please bookmark us!
Frequent Enright Surfer Promo: Once per month we will award a special prize (movie tickets are a favorite) to a random dealer or consultant who can show us our site in his or her “favorite places” or otherwise bookmarked. Expect us to ask to see your screen!
Any comments or suggestions for improvement will be gratefully received. Thanks for checking www.enrightcompany.com often.
|ClearPix™ Screens from Screen Research
Mission Viejo, CA. ClearPix™ screens from Screen Research are the first projection video screens that do not compromise picture or sound quality. Unlike traditional perforated screens, the patented and acoustically neutral screens do not introduce highly distracting comb filtering associated with vinyl, perforated screens. As such, they require no compensation equalization for speakers placed behind them. Also, the absence of perforations eliminates the pronounced moiré interference that plagues traditional perforated screens when they are used with fixed-pixel projectors (i.e., DLP, LCD, and LCOS).
Recording studios, post-production facilities, commercial and residential screening rooms will all benefit from these new screens. The screen material has recently been certified by THX® and the Imaging Science Foundation (ISF®).
“No screen we've tested to date matches the acoustical transparency of the Screen Research ClearPix2 fabric,” said John Dahl, Technical Product Marketing Manager for THX Ltd.
Screens are available in standard (2.35, 1.78, 1.33) native or custom image ratios, and fixed and motorized versions. Professional quality 2-way and 4-way masking systems are also available, enabling the user to mask off with black borders, and area of the screen without a picture, just like at the neighborhood Cineplex. The XMask™ systems come with fully independent motors for the ultimate in viewing control. Learn more at
